The project involves the building’s restoration after a fire in the area of Ermou – Athens.

Specifically, work was carried out such as reinforcing bearing structure with gunite, marble flooring, ceiling insulation, interior arcade, partitioning, new plasterboard suspended ceiling and wall covering on all floors, 2 new metal bridges at first and second level with crystal floors, crystal point support railings with INOX handrails in the arcade, construction of anti-vandal-bulletproof certified glass mills in the ground floor showcases, building exterior and interior painting.
