Traditional building of 7.500 square meters in the center of Drama, with EOT license for 5* Hotel, archeology license, viability study and submitted financial study to the Ministry of Finance for a grant.

The design – supervision includes:

–Sound insulation in rooms (floating floors, ceilings, partition walls)

-Sound insulation in conference hall

-Soundproofing of air conditioning – ventilation units

-Soundproofing of engine rooms / power generators / plumbing installations

-Protection from environmental noise (Environmental design)

-Acoustic design of conference hall

-Sound insulation measurements / certification in airborne and impact sound

-Acoustic architecture parameter measurements
