This studio was designed and built in Drama. This is a special application, since the 3 rooms (control room, live room, drum booth) were built on 3 independent and floating concrete bases. Each base is mounted on springs, while the soundproofing shell is built on them.

The ceilings were suspended from springs and plugged into the soundproof shell for complete sound isolation.

The result is to achieve a weighted R’w = 68dB noise ratio between the live room and the bedrooms, which are located exactly above it.
